OBZ: Do you write your own songs?
TOKA: I do but I also collaborate as well.

OBZ: What does your songs evolve from?
TOKA: almost all of my songs, evolve from personal feelings or experiences.

OBZ: Is music for you a feeling of life? Do you think music should play an important role in people’s life?
TOKA: Too me music has always been a snap shot of a feeling. I have certain songs that when I play them they take right back to the exact feeling I had during that exact time in my life.

OBZ: Do you always play your music live? Is that important to you?
TOKA: PLaying live is always the funnest, at least for me. I try to change the set a bit each time. It helps me from gettin bored as well as the fans.

OBZ: With whom would you like to work together?
TOKA: Rick Rubin, Ethan Johns, or Mark Ronson.

OBZ: Do you have a dream project?
TOKA: Not at the moment, each day I get to live my dream so I'm very thankful for that.

OBZ: What was the most embarrassing thing that happened to you? Was it on a concert? Or was it on another event?
TOKA: I went sreaking through Universal Records and got banned haha.

OBZ: Tell me about the greatest experience you had with your fans.
TOKA: PLaying to over 2,000 of them in my hometown

OBZ: Is it important to you to keep in contact with your fans?
TOKA: Absolutely, very important I try to answer every email and comment on my myspace page!

OBZ: What is the most important thing in your life?
TOKA: Playing music, writing music, and producing music.

OBZ: Imagine you had one free wish. What would you wish for?
TOKA: to have more time in the day.

OBZ: Have you ever been to Germany before?
TOKA: I haven't but would love too!

OBZ: Imagine now you have the opportunity to thank all your friends and family. What would you say to them?
TOKA: Thank you so much for all your support. Without it I wouldn't be able to do what I love and thats something I could never forget.

OBZ: What can we expect of you in the future?
TOKA: lots and lots of great music! working on the 2nd record which is going to be a big one.
